This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to So UnFiltered AI, a product owned and operated by SeedFest Technologies. We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. Please read this policy carefully so you understand your rights regarding refunds.
1. Free Plan
So UnFiltered AI offers a free plan with 10 messages per day at no cost. No payment information is required to use the free plan, so no refund is applicable.
2. Paid Subscriptions (Pro & Plus)
Our paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis:

3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. Refund Eligibility
Within 7 Days of First Purchase
If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to your first billing cycle only.
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- First-time subscribers: Full refund within 7 days of initial purchase, no questions asked.
- Technical issues: If a verified technical issue on our end prevents you from using the Service for an extended period, we will issue a prorated refund or credit for the affected period.
- Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
- Unauthorized charges: If a charge was made without your authorization, contact us immediately and we will investigate and issue a refund if confirmed.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- After the 7-day window for first-time subscribers has passed.
- If you have actively used the Service during the billing period (beyond the 7-day first-time window).
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated responses or their tone — the direct, unfiltered nature of responses is a core feature of the Service.
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date — you are responsible for managing your subscription.
- Price changes that were communicated with 30 days' advance notice.

7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
